A line break inside a quoted CSV cell is part of the same record. Counting visible text lines can give the wrong row number when investigating an import failure.
Quiet CSV reports logical rows, including the header, and keeps quoted line breaks inside their record. It also leaves your source file untouched.
The issue report is a starting point for review; it does not guarantee that another system will accept the file.
